If we get more and more back-link on the site and make use duplicate content then it will count as spamming and Google will keep it in the sandbox due to which the ranking of our site will stop increasing
please share me different view of sandbox...........

It's when a website gets deindexed and penalized by Google. That is the ultimate spanking by Google and can be corrected. The great thing about Google is that they will tell you why in most cases.

Agreed. It's the place your site can end up if you do Blackhat SEO for example. And your site will not be shown in Google Search Engine results.

You don't want to be in the Google Sandbox.
