I start with the premise that the function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.

I just started an adult forum and I was wondering if anyone knew a good site to get some forum moderators.

Also, do you think this compensation plan would be acceptable... I was  going to allow moderators to be able to post adult affiliate galleries in sponsored forums and let them keep 100% of their profit for as long as they remained active. Anyways, thanks in advance for your input and advice.

You should probably wait until the forum grows and pick moderators from you're best forum members. That's just my opinion.

I would agree with Chachi about asking active members of your forum if they would like to moderate. However, don't put the cart before the horse and only hire moderators when you actually need them. More often than not, hiring poor moderators can harm your forum.

Yeah, was only hiring as precaution considering the adult nature of the forum. However, I've decided to take your guy's advice and just continue with my business etc etc and when I have problems with spam / content violations i'll hire moderators then. Thanks for the advice :)
