anyone love green tea ice cream??? hohoho it's yummy and make me addicted, you can make your own green tea ice cream, simple way :

what you need
600 ml vanilla ice cream, 1 tablespoon powdered green tea (matcha)

what you do
blen the ice cream and matcha together and freeze in a plastic container.

I would imagine that will be nice as green tea is very good for you though the sugar from ice-cream isn't.

So it is ideal to have the good & bad ones mixed together to counteract them & it's Ok to have them
occassionally.

yeah but vanilla is not a flavour, i think it's just for the hmm , what's the word smell, aroma... i think... after you mix the matcha, the matcha will beat the vanilla ice cream aroma. :D

where can we got the matcha anyway?

is there any specific branded?

i used to make my own ice cream but i already forgot the recipes... do you have it? but i still feel not perfect in making those ice cream... the cream texture isn't smooth it's very rough.
if u do have any suggestion plis share it :)

matcha is rare to find, but you can find in at food hall in the mall. and it's cost quite expensive, minimum 25thousand rupiah.

sorry never make a real ice cream. so i don't know the recipe. i just do mix and match. :D i made ice cream, but it's like a lollipop made of syrup laugh

anyway if you remember your recipe to make ice cream please share it, i would really love to try it :D

Green Tea is one of my favourite especially in morning and even evening the taste really astringent in taste and gives stimulant feeling the same you eat combine with ice cream really good if the ingredient is made in natural and not artificial flavouring.

I don't think there are any benefits for the green tea ice creams. Green tea is the flavor, I do not believe they use green tea extracts.
