this is the easiest recipe, and the most delicious fettucine i've ever eaten since i cooked it a few months ago. Tried all the fettucine at many restaurants but my recipe is still the best. :) hahaha...
Fetuccine Carbonara
80 gram fettucine, boiled it 3 cloves garlic, chopped it as much as you like, smoked beef. sliced dice a teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon salt 100 ml milk 50 gr cheddar cheese 2 yolks 2 tablespoon butter
how to cook: 1. stir the garlic and the margarine in a pan until it changes colour, put in the smoked beef 2. add salt and pepper, then add the fettucine. 3. Put in the fettucine, milk and cheese, mix it well. 4. add the yolks, and mix it quickly. 5. and the fettucine is ready to be served.
hohoho... hope all of you will like it and have the same opinion as mine :)
