Salmon is a good fish rich in Essential Fatty Acids (EFA), vitamins & protein.
Eating oily fish like salmon, tuna or bluefish at least twice a week can prevent sudden cardiac death because the EFA in the fish, block dangerous irregular heart rhythms.
This recipe is easy & quick to prepare & cook. You can see a colour photo of this dish in my book cover under "Healthy Eating" in my signature.
Method: 1) Clean the salmon removing the head and scales and wash it well. 2) Rub the skin with some salt, crushed dried herbs and pepper. 3) Stuff the salmon with a mixture of peas, diced carrots, sweet corn, and chopped onions and garlic, which have been marinated with the curry powder. 4) Bake the fish in a covered tray (or cover the fish in foil) for about 45 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the size of the fish. 5) Garnish the cooked fish with fresh chopped parsley and chives. 6) Serve the fish with steamed broccoli or cauliflower and baked potatoes.

look Yummy... yes i already check it at your signature. U have lot experience i jealous with you, i happy i found you in this forum. I admire you at now, look yummy i'll try it. If any add information from your recipe, please ad it coz i'm not well in cooking, still novice I'm not sure you can get salmon in Indonesia. If you like curry or spicy food this recipe is just ideal as it takes away the fishy smell. |

| I've never tried Salmon before but probably one of these days I'll go to a supermarket and see if they have some. salmon is not a very popular fish in Romania because it's kind of expensive and people can't afford it, so supermarkets fear they will not sell it, so they don't bring lots of salmons... |
