My blackcurrants are straight from my garden & I washed & freezed them immediately, all totally
organic. As long as I don't freeze them for too long, they are just as good as fresh ones.

reminds me of my grandmother who made jams, my favorite is her guava jelly which is perfect with peanut butter... your jam sure seems like it's so good... will attempt to make one, i mean will try to get my mom to do it instead...

i tried this recipe and followed your steps ,but it  taste very bad i think in my making method there is something wrong....
