My blackcurrants are straight from my garden & I washed & freezed them immediately, all totally organic. As long as I don't freeze them for too long, they are just as good as fresh ones.
Wow~~~You are really so great, doing so much, working, doing housework, mamaging so many forums and investing in some programs and so on ! Especially making your home-made jam.  I like to keep myself busy & I only make this jam as I got fruits from my own garden. Only have time for C4G. I'm sorry to say that here as it maybe looks out of topic but .. st, you are a great model for women, i mean it really, i totally respect you. |

| reminds me of my grandmother who made jams, my favorite is her guava jelly which is perfect with peanut butter... your jam sure seems like it's so good... will attempt to make one, i mean will try to get my mom to do it instead... |
