This is a nice dessert or treat & full of goodness from the berries.

Ingredients:
1) Mixture of blue berries, black berries, raspberries or loganberries
2) Frozen yogurt
3) Honey (1 teaspoon depending on taste)

Mix all the ingredients together & whisk them in a blender for a few seconds.
Serve immediately.
