Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:
3 tbsp    honey
2 tbsp    apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp    mustard
1/4 tsp   each salt & peppar
1/2 cup  olive oil
2 tbsp    chopped fresh herbs (thyme, basil, lemon balm)

Method:
Whisk together first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Gradually add oil, whisking until well mixed.
Whisk in the herbs.

This dressing is great in salads & also delicious as a marinade for poultry & fish.
 

Ginger Lime Dressing

Ingredients:
2 tsp    minced fresh ginger
1 tsp    finely grated lime zest
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 tsp     honey
1 clove  garlic, minced
1/4 tsp  each salt & peppar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp    chopped fresh herbs (thyme, basil, lemon balm)

Method:

Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Gradually add oil, whisking until well mixed.
Whisk in the herbs.

This dressing is perfect in all types of fish, pork, boneless chicken breast, salads & noodles.

They're not only just tasty but are healthier than the bought ones. No artificial preservatives or colours too.

They're not only just tasty but are healthier than the bought ones. No artificial preservatives or colours too.
I C , i will try today ,i will print the Method,then go market to buy Ingredients ,my housemaid say that she can make it , but i say to here i will  make it myself lol , god help me it first time i do some thing by my self.

Don't worry you'll be fine to try this out yourself. It's a very simple recipe & you can't go wrong with it.
Please post here & let me know whether you like the taste as I'm always keen to know what others think about my recipes. I don't follow everything from the book as I add & subtract bits & pieces.

I prefer to make my own dressings.

I do it , i do it , i make it my self , i make my houemaid sit and watch me making it ,i lett here making to me cooking Grilled fish on Coal,red rice mixed by Shrimp, Beer  and i sit eat salad which i make it by my self  ,its very nice tasting ,ummy,I enjoyed eating today ,thank you for this good recipe, after i finsh eating i feel that i wana a sleep lol, i eat much ,, i dont eat much,, but this salad opened my appetite

You're welcome. See I told you that you can't go wrong with this recipe. I'm glad you like my recipe.

I forgot to mention that lime dressing should be made just before serving to reduce Vitamin C loss.
So is salad, as oxygen in the air destroys Vit C. I've mentioned about Vit C loss in my book.

i love to try new recipes i always search for that in Google and sometimes i make it by myself  and i think it is to easy to make this recipe i will try it
