Which solution is more recognized as the standard for CMS?

I know Drupal has a lot of features like friendly urls, modules and role based permission but is it a better solution than Joomla?

I like drupal better Joomla. Drupal has a better architecture than Joomla - I agree. Where Drupal falls short is with its Shopping cart, but these have all been improved with the latest release. If search optimization matters - Drupal out performs Joomla

Yes, they are all content management systems which allow you to easily create a content based website.

Drupal is an excellent choice. I like Joomla but the container system in Drupal is by far superior in my opinion.

I'll choose Drupal, great architecture and security. I only used Joomla for about a week then switches to Drupal.

both of the choices are not so easy to learn as Wordpress. I try Drupal for many months but left not satisfied. I try Joomla again but it is lacking the power and SEO as Wordpress.
