Apart from Elance, guru.com etc. Where is the best place? Can anyone recommend any good writers who can write decent content in bulk?

I would check yahoo groups. There are hundreds of writers groups whom I suspect some members would write for free if they were given proper incentive.

You might want to try odesk you can find many article writers there or try theleadingarticles or senukexarticles
