I read in some posts here that you won't be paid unless you have "smites" . What are "smites " and where do i find them?? Why won't be I paid if I don't have "smites" ?

Smites are negative karma which you can see just below your userid. People who break the rules or post building (ie post unnecessary comments just to build up their post counts) will get smites from mods or admin. You can understand why PTP members with many smites will not get paid.
