Thanks for taking the time to read this thread
I've noticed we have quite a few threads in the MLM folder that are getting rather large which makes it difficult for people reading the thread to follow along. Most of the MLM programs promoted here have been around long enough to prove their legitimacy as potential marketing opportunities.
I would like to ask some of you hard working marketers your opinion on a few ideas I have been tossing around....
#1 - I would like to create several sub-forums in the MLM forum. Each sub-forum would be entirely dedicated to it's own program, much like we've done with the Affiliate Networks and Programs forum. Several programs come to mind when thinking of creating sub-folders. Those are the busiest threads : GDI, Giblink, Automatic Builder, The Berry Tree, Travelencia and possibly even folders for Publicly Held MLM's like Advantage Marketing Systems, Amway, Herbalife, Mannatech, Market America and Avon.
What I need is honest and truthful input from those of you involved in promoting and marketing these systems or programs. I will wait for some responses on this thread before widening the MLM folder because I would like the members of this forum to work together to earn money, as well as work together doing honest *Due Diligence* on these MLM opportunities. Kool-Aid drinkers need not apply because no matter how strongly any of us feel about a particular program, system, revenue stream, etc.. We must always analyze the pros and cons to uncover the big picture. As they say, the cream always rises to the top.
#2 - I would also like to appoint a few folder moderators in the MLM section if this expansion occurs. If you are interested in one of the folder moderator positions, please use this thread to express your desire. The folder moderator position isn't a paid position in the traditional sense, nor is it a demanding role, however, there are numerous benefits and perks that come along with the appointment such as being allowed to rotate your banner ads or affiliate links across the bottom of evey thread in the MLM section.
#3 - As many of you might be aware, the Code4Gold Blog is very well established after two year and nearly 300 posts. The blog ranks #1 in Google for the terms "goldex review", "webmoney review", "Liberty Reserve reviewed", "e-gold warning", "10 Highest Priced Stocks" - most of these searches yield over 2 million results with the last one "10 Highest Priced Stocks" yieldng 17 million results.
What I would like to offer is the opportunity for some of you to author a "guest post" (200+ words) on the C4G blog reviewing any program you wish. You will be welcome to use your affiliate links in the review, you may publish your contact info to perspective clientele or do whatever you need in your guest article but you will have to write a genuinely honest article that weighs the pros and cons and draws a conclusion. Very Simple.... The reason I'm offering this opportunity is because if your article about "ProgramX Review" finds it's way to #1 in Google (as most of the posts on the blog do), we all profit. Code4Gold from increased traffic and you marketers from having a red hot soapbox to share your opinion. In essence, you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.
Any opinions are welcome on this thead, so let me know what you think about this !!!
Cheers, Dave |

Hi, Dave! :)
I do LOVE the idea of our MLM of choice (mine's GDI ) having it's own sub-folder in the MLM section! That way when people were just browsing by & perhaps stumbled upon it, they could search more productively and easily, too. I think it would be a win-win situation for both us AND the viewers who might be researching/looking for a good home based opportunity.
Just my 2cents worth! ~lol~ Thank you for asking! I do hope many more reply, Dave.

Hi Dave,
Yes I love the idea too.. mine is GDI also.
I believe having the sub-folders would be easier to follow for people. |

Thanks for responding to the thread so quickly !!
I've done some basic research on GDI and they definitely has a real product. Heck, GDI has exclusive license agreement to distribute the dot WS domains (.WS) domain extension so based on that fact alone, it's pretty evident GDI is not a scheme but it's a true Multi-Level Marketing Program.
I think the domain registration and hosting businesses are possibly the most lucrative opps on the planet (unless you own a gas station or an oil refinery)
I'll definitely be adding a sub-forum for GDI but can either of you suggest at least two other programs to add because I like to add sub-forums in groups of three. |

Hi, Dave!
Hmmm...it's difficult for me to say, b/c I don't KNOW more of what the others are about i.e., who is legitimate & who's NOT..you know? I was thinking along the lines of the ones who have regular readers/posters, like just one I could suggest (just from being over there & looking just now) was The BerryTree...they look like they may have a nice active thread going there that could use it's own area. As far as anything else, I'm sorry I'm just not really in a position to say. Surely someone else will come in that will know more in this area.
Thanks again, Dave

Hi Dave,
Yes I'm not sure which programs will be around a while.. but I think it would be a good idea to have very active threads in it..
the berry tree is next to ours the most active.. maybe either automaticbuilder or Giblink
although I don't know enough about either of the programs.. but all are popular |
