and so i tried to make some business on clickbank. pardon my english. i don't type so well. so this clickbank makes me put ads on my site. i do this in good faith and many of my friends buy through these links. many times clickbank says they have a refund but my friends ask for no refund. sigh. i lose money this way. and then i see they make profit on my work and this is how they have many face to deal with business.
Anyway,The Customer has to send a mail to get their money back.If,They says they are refunded money to the customers.Atleast ask them mail copy sent by the customer regarding refunding.
Maybe the customers did ask for a refund and don't want you to know Also paypal doesn't give refunds for digital products Only customers who paid with a credit card can do chargebacks
