People ask the difference between a leader and a boss. The leader works in the open, and the boss in covert. The leader leads, and the boss drives.

eBay has been going downhill for a long time. They nickle and dime sellers to death with fees.

I have been researching some free auction sites.  If you have anything you would like to list its free.
There are no listing fees and you can open a store for free also.

Here are a few that I've found.

iOffer - http://www.ioffer.com
BigTimeAuctions - http://www.bigtimeauctions.com
BidLoader - http://www.bidloader.com

If you know of any others, please post them here.

Most if not all eBay stores provide the "Buy It Now" option. So in thinking of alternatives to eBay you have to consider online marketplaces that are not auction sites. One of my favorite marketplaces is Amazon.  They sell a huge variety of merchandise, usually at great prices.  There are others that are niche sellers.   A few I know of are bonanzale.com, ioffer.com, rubylane.com, and wigix.com.

All three of those are usless. Tried them all and there are no customers.

My wife is doing good with Etsy.com but that's all arts&crafts mostly.

I also tried Bonanza.com and there were no sales there as well so, it looks like eBay and Amazon are the only games in town.
