What a shame that a once thriving business has taken such a nose dive. Between the extortionist level fees and the anti-seller sentiment they have really turned the guns on themselves. They had such a great business model and managed to ruin it. The big question is if they can manage to save themselves. Surely they need a shot in the arm and the injection has to include a look back at what made them good.
