I have affiliate program for my webstore and it's good earnings for those who deal with shopping, women stuff, not sure about adult traffic, but who knows.
I set my affiliate stuff through affplanet.com but I didn't get valuable affiliates so far and can not say anything about it.

If someone interested seriously, we can discuss basically anything, I can make new banners and such and payment options will be flexible as well as I can change aff network if nesessary. All I need is sales and my site is oriented on US/Canadian/UK public mostly. I don't mind to sell worldwide, but shipping costs are really high outside my countries.
