My BidVertiser.com account was terminated due to illegal clicks. I had over $70 in there so of course I complained, and their excuse was that "we are responsible for the revenue of thousands of publishers´ websites and we can not afford sending such traffic to our advertisers."

So if they can not afford to send such traffic, how the hell did they ALLOW me to earn my money which I am legally entitled to??? Later they followed up:

Please be informed that we reviewed you account and we could see that a warning e-mail has been sent to you regarding several IP's that were generating large amount of ineligible clicks into your account.
We asked you to block the following IP's :71.84.228.219 , 68.55.49.219, 67.49.180.25 , 69.246.67.9 , 217.219.194.4 .

We are sorry, but our decision is final.

Best Regards,
BidVertiser Support Team

I think this is bull**** and I never got any emails from them either. I will seek legal advice for this. Does anyone have any tips for me?

maybe the clicks you generated cam from a common user or same ip. That's why they consider it eligible. Look at the IP they banned, i guess the those users clicked for number of times.

Be careful that you don't use PTR or PTC programs to advertise your sites. PPC programs don't like that type of traffic.
