I installed a linux webserver on my old computer and am using it on my home network to test my PHP scripts.  Does anyone know if when you make a change to the php.ini file what you need to do to make the change update on a site? Does the server need to be restarted for the new change to update?

You don't need to reboot the entire server, just the webserver (Apache or whatever).
