In another forum, I read that someone actually said their Adbrite results were better than their Google results. Also, I was under the impression that Adbrite isn't PPC - its more like you purchase clicks in bulk or something to that effect - please correct me if I'm wrong.

I am sure that adbrite is a PTC. You can go and check in their site. Your doubt will be cleared.
