This is a get to know yourself exercise. There is always something else that can be cut. Of course to truly learn anything here you have to look at what lead you to this state. You bought that house you couldn’t afford, that car, that trip. Lavish yourself with burger/fries/coke every day, the Latte, the gym, etc.
I have recently been house shopping and am shocked at the cheap, dilapidated homes we have looked at with TVs bigger than me, multiple computers, cable, cell phones. I mean if your roof leaks do you really need the latest iPhone and your own DVD library. Stop living like a Rockstar and live well within your means. Depicable that people on here demonize young people who save their salaries and are holding up well. I understand it must be embarassing to be 50ish and have no savings, job, or hope but hey doesn’t that bigscreen look nice in your McMansion.
