In a recent posting to his blog, Curtis Crowley, the owner of ponziscams.com, has alleged that he is in the process of the formation of a Class Action Lawsuit versus Bob Krimm and Mr. Krimm’s Tri-Star Money Changers operation. While here at Code4Gold, we are not fans of Bob Krimm, his autosurf programs, or his unlicensed money transmitter , we would like to urge caution to any members of TSMC when dealing with Mr. Crowley and his website.

I am openly challenging Mr. Crowley to publish the name of the “Legal Counsel” he is/has worked with, and I would like an explaination of the statement “Once I reach a certain level of money, I will turn it over to Legal Counsel for consideration of a Class Action Lawsuit.”. Does this mean he will be accepting public donations for his efforts? If so, I hope he is aware that to accept any form of donations in his home state of Missouri, he will have to obtain a Non-Profit charter and license thus making any attempt to solicit funds without the proper paperwork being filed an illegal act in itself. Even this very post, and the one listed below implicate Mr. Crowley and ponziscams.com of wrongdoing.

If your read some of ponziscams former posts and have a glance at their forum, many adults will find the ramblings eerily similar to a certain feline named organization who advocates reporting of hyip and surf programs to their hosting providers, causing many innocent people to lose money because these people have their own agenda and will stop at nothing short of causing third party criminal negligence and damages to people online while sitting behind the protection of a computer screen. While the First Ammendment grants US Citizens the rights to Freedom of Speech, and Mr. Crowley certainly has his rights under the First Ammendment, he DOES NOT have the right to harassment because his beliefs are contrary to anothers. Nor does he have the right to make deliberately misleading legal statements in public that are not backed by Legal Counsel.

Read the last line very closely and you will see why I am publicly requesting that Mr. Crowley name the “Legal Counsel” that he is working with and warning anybody reading this to beware of Mr. Crowley’s intentions because as the old saying goes “The road to Hell is paved with good intentions”. Furthermore, the filing of a Class Action Suit hold serious legal ramifications and discussing such an endeavour is not to be taken lightly. Soliciting consumers into releasing their information attached to such a suit requires release of the Legal Counsel’s name and address and the solicitation of said information must be handled by a legal representative, not a website such as ponziscams.com or by Curtis Crowley.

Again, I will reiterate, I personally have nothing against Curt Crowley and ponziscams.com or any scambuster organization, however, when people start taking the law into their own hands and advocate vigilante justice, I have to step forward and offer my humble opinion regarding the legal ramifications and repercussions of acting outside of the law which is as equally as reprehensible as breaking the law. In civilized societies, we have laws and law enforcement for a reason, that reason being to protect and serve the citizens of a civilized society. Without those principles and actions held firmly in place, our civilized society would become a state of anarchy and lead to humanity no longer being distinguished from the primates we supposedly evolved from.
