comment Desert Sky Marketing to Re-Launch January 2nd 2007

Well, we’re happy Dustin announced on Code4Gold forums that will be relaunched on Jan 2 2007. It seems Dustin has a new plan that should be beneficial to everyone. Many of us will be looking forward to his new program.

DesertSky Marketing will re-open January 2nd!

DesertSky Marketing has developed it’s future business model based on the profit sharing model. We have made several adjustments and modifications to this model in order to give the members 100% control in the success of DesertSky Marketing. No longer will profit be based upon volatile short-term or long-term programs. Profits will be generated and shared from REAL income! While I can’t go into complete details until we actually launch, a few features of the new program include:

- DAILY CASHOUTS
- ZERO upgrade/cashout fees ( will still have a 4% processor fee - that is what AlertPay charges DSM to receive funds)
- Special Raffles and Bonuses
- TOTAL control of our income and profits.

comment FairPatton.com - A TRUE SCAMMERS HAVEN

We’ve had several reports of relative posts being deleted at forum merely because the person posting was questioning Prosperity Lee and his lack of respect for his and program members. If people lose their freedom of speech, regardless of it is positive or negative, the venue in question has proven itself to be well aligned with defrauding members in favour of their scammer buddies. Fairpatton shoud be blacklisted, because they are obviously catering to known and any forum that DELETES POSTS has no right to exist in the moneymaker community. Lee Smith has posted numerous inflamitory posts to Code4Gold forum and to MMG however, he has not been banned nor had his posts edited or deleted. Fairpatton.com gets the “tumbs down” for silencing true discussion in favour of promoting scams.

Once more, here is a list of programs operated by this scammer, Lee Smith ..

comment CLOSED : Desert Sky Marketing Closes it’s Doors

We received and email from Dustin, admin of program that the program would be closing it’s door and offering a repayment to upgraded members. We’re truly sad to see this program go, but we still don’t understand the reasoning behind this after Dustin’s driving members into the partnership with MaximumSurfing and promoting programs in the surfbar such as JP-Daily. There was also no mention of refunding of monies paid for advertising and/or credits in the program. All in all this looks to be a big mess ahead for Dustin. We’re hoping he can straignten everything out and make good on his promises.

Dear Members,

It is with great sadness that I’m writing this email to you. DesertSky Marketing will be closing. Things looked great on paper, but have not gone as planned. Below are a few reasons DSM will be closing:

- While it was a huge challenge to acquire paid corporate advertisers, the few that were acquired did not wish to continue because they did not receive the desired conversions from their advertising dollars.
- Several short term business ventures have failed causing a loss to DSM funds.
- Long term (60-90 days) business ventures are doing fine, but the turn around is not quick enough to sustain weekly cashouts.
- CashBackMall and MyAZPix are launching much later than originally planned, thus causing a shortage in income.

Instead of letting DSM continue to a point where it is impossible to pay members, I’ve decided to stop accepting upgrades and implement a repayment plan. I always hated it when an admin knew things were not going right, but continued to act like nothing was wrong, accepted upgrades, and then pulled the plug causing everyone to lose money. Per the terms of the site, DSM is under no obligation to refund any money. However, I feel it would be wrong to treat my members that way.

The following plan will be implemented immediately:

1. Members who joined between September 22 - October 15 will earn 110% total of their upgrade(s).
2. Members who joined between October 16 - October 21 will earn 105% of their upgrade(s).
3. Members who joined between November 1 - November 10 (last day upgrades were accepted) will get a refund of their ad pack purchases.

You must continue to surf in order to receive your payments! You purchased advertising with your upgrades, and you get paid commissions to view ads. If you don’t surf (view ads), you will not get paid.

Members who are receiving refunds (members who joined between Nov 1 - Nov 10) will receive them by this Wednesday (November 15th).

DSM will continue to make weekly payments (unless delays in outside returns cause us to go to every two weeks) to members who continue to surf. These payments will continue until the members have received 110% or 105% of their ad pack purchases. Weekly payments will begin Wednesday, November 15th.

Weekly payments will be 10-25% of what is owed with a minimum payment of $5. This means if you are owed less than $50, you will not receive weekly payments, but will receive your amount all at once when it is your turn.

Our repayment plan is designed so every member receives their full ad pack purchases back, plus some profit for members who joined in September or October. Some of you may ask why we don’t just refund everyone’s money right now. I would do that if it was just sitting in egold or alertpay. However, those funds are at work generating a profit for the repayment plan. Those funds will be dispersed as they come back to DSM.

I could place members money in other surf programs to meet the income demands, but I’ve always stated that DSM does not do that. We could also change the terms to where members would receive payments at the end of the 60 days, but who would want to surf for 60 days before receiving a payment?

Below is the formula that will be used to determine the amount you will receive from DSM:

- Members who joined between September 22 - October 15: (total upgrades X 1.10) - total paid cashouts = amount owed
- Members who joined between October 16 - October 21: (total upgrades X 1.05) - total paid cashouts = amount owed
- Members who joined between November 1 - November 10: total upgrades refunded

I hope you can understand that by closing DSM now, we are at a point where every member can be whole. I wish things could have gone different, but the current business model relies too heavily on volatile things we cannot control. I am looking at different business models and taking all I have learned from DSM into consideration.

Remember: You must surf in order to receive any payments!!

I can say that DSM truly has the best members! Thank you for your support DSM; it has been greatly appreciated!

Sincerely,
Dustin

I’m sure there will be a lot of disappointed people here because this program didn’t even make it through one full cycle, so nobody had a chance to be in profit here even though our money could have been better suited in solid, stable programs like XLO and been earning a return. Again, hopefully Dustin will make everything up to members who are at a loss for words right now over this news.

comment SURFING NEWS : MVPSurf Admin Speaks Out

We received this eye opening email from Mike, the admin of program. While we’re not exaclty thrilled with the performance of this program and are still out over $250 since the hacking incedent, and have not voiced and opinion good nor bad, I’d say an admin sending aan email of this nature is not really a good sign. We still have an active upgrade in here since the hacking incedent, but we will not be upgrading again here in the future unless some tiny bit of our $250 recovery funds is secured.

Here is today’s lovely update.

I have done my part more than any admin should be expected to do, and continue on even after being hacked.

The members as a majority are not supporting this site even when I pay you. I paid over twenty members last night, and see three votes. Do you guys have any idea how to keep your site alive? It requires both the admin, and the member’s participation. Your part is to advertise the site, and vote when you get paid. Can you say you have done your part?

I have been saying I will enforce the voting rule and it seems to be going on deaf ears. If you don’t vote. You don’t get paid, and if you make a bad vote because you are waiting even though you did not vote. I will suspend your account. Time to be tough. I have been nice to long and all that caused was some members that have not done their part attacking the program as much as they can, and most of those members are either not at a loss of money, or have been $5, and $10 upgraded members.

If you have a problem take it to the forum so it can be addressed in the public. I am not hiding anything, and neither should you.

I apologize to the members that are waiting patiently, and doing their part for sending out this e-mail, but this behavior from a few bad members is affecting the site. For those that are wanting to see this site succeed please do your part, and vote, and also visit the forums to talk with the other members.

I did a 50% spilt to the E-bullion members. You got 50% of your loss paid to you, and 50% as an active upgrade. Some still need to be added but they will be added in order and you have been earning on them as I am trying to get the time to get all those accounts fixed. Please continue surfing. It is what you are paid for. LOL

It has been asked for me to offer the Pre-paid legal to the member base again. This will get enough funds back in the system if we can just get 50 to 100 members to join. If you are interested please send an e-mail to mvpsurfraffle@yahoo.com

Thank you,
Michael

P.S. 90% of the members are being great thank you. It is just that 10% that are messing things up for us all.

Again, an admin sending this type of email does not exactly “turn us on”, especially when we’ve been waiting patiently for the recovery process to begin and for us to be refunded evena small fraction of our losses. In our opinion, hacking incedents, hacking, and other technical problems fall solely on the program admin to accept full responsibility for reimbursing members for losses. So far, we’re waiting patiently as stated.

comment Scam Warning : 15HitsDaily : Has the Brown Acid Gotten Into the Kool-Aid??

The Kool-Aid drinking over at ASA forums has reached an epic proportion regarding the “Bob” network of programs, , , , making us wonder if the Kool-Aid was spiked with poison or brown LSD. Jake from ASA, the self-proclaimed “unbiased” autsorfu monitor, has been handing out the dixie cups.

For those of you who do not understand the analogy of “Kool-Aid Drinking” or “Don’t take the brown Acid”, I will digress into a bit of enlightenment here for you. The “Kool-Aid” drinking refers to the the Reverend Jim Jones who founded the “Peoples Temple” religious cult back in the 1970 in San Fransisco, california. After convincing members to give him all their money and be subserviant to him, he found himself under investigation by the authorities and moved his group to Guyana. Under fire from a US investigation, the Reverend Jones ordered all of his cult members to consume poisoned Kool-Aid (actually it was Flavour-Aid), which has led to the term “Kool-Aid Drinking” as referring to people who follow blindly, even to the death.

The term “Don’t eat the brown Acid”, refers to statements made at the 1960’s Woodstock festival where it was rumoured that batches of the brown coloured LSD hallucinogen were causing people to have “bad trips”, or adverse reaction to the chemicals they had ingested.

How do these to statements pertain to 15HitsDaily, well, as you can easily see from reading many of Bob Krimm’s followers, many of them have already been “Kool-Aid Drinking”. How does the “brown acid” statement pertain, well, Bob must have taken some when he announced he was raising the upgrade limit to $250,000 and shortly after retracted his statements in the following email.

My Dear Members,

I write to you today in an effort to clarify the changes in the 15 Hits Daily website, we did make a broadcast which was going to be aired tonight but we decided to delay it for tomorrow so we can better explain the events of this week.

We were offered a very lucrative business proposition this week which we were prepared to except, thus the maximum upgrade limit being raised to $250,000. After careful consideration and a lot of research we have decided to pass on the offer made to us and continue with our original plans for growth and success.

I apologize for any unrest or uncertainly this situation may have caused, But please let me reassure all of you that Tri-Star Media Group has not even begun to operate at it’s maximum potential. Our plans for growth and stability improve with every passing day.

Effective immediately we will be lowering the maximum upgrade limit to $10,000, The maximum allowed upgrades will remain at 4 due to some members that have asked us to allow them more flexibility in there upgrade schedule.

We will go into much greater detail on the subject when we release the video broadcast. As well as announce the official opening of Tri-Star Money Changers. Http://www.tri-starmoneychangers.com.

Once again, Please except my deepest apologies for creating any concerns. We are constantly seeking new business ventures and ideas for capital gains. We will always strive to protect the integrity of this company and do what is most beneficial for our members.

Sincerely
Robert Krimm
President
Tri-Star Media Group, Inc.

As we’ve mentioned many, many times before, diversifying your portfolio DOES NOT mean putting money into three programs run by the same admin. Read the last three posts to this blog and you’ll see what happened when an admin operates multiple programs and they all turn . We’ve been continually warning people against Bob Krimm and his unholy union with the supposedly “unbiased” Jake from ASA, but it seems our warnings are falling on deaf ears in some cases. These people are disguising themselves as professional businessmen, but in all reality they are just a few amateurs who have bought a couple of script, setup some hosting and think they are running a legit business. In regards to or , as we’ve stated over and over, we are not opposed to programs that “fly under the radar”, but when the admins and their cohorts continually try to convince us that they are operating a legit business, we’re reminded of of and and who operated . All were incredibly huge failures, where people lost thousands, and court cases were filed. will prove to be no different.

Best of luck to anybody who has drank the “Kool-Aid”, and we hope you get your stomach pumped before you get your wallet drained.

and btw, thanks to TDinoz (http://tdinoz-td.blogspot.com) for forwarding us this email and keeping us “in the loop” on Bob’s movements.

comment Hyip and Autosurfs : The True Meaning of Evil

You might be asking yourself, what is the meaning of these Chinese symbols that are adorning the Code4Gold blog in this post. Are they a magical talisman, are they a symbol of peace and love, are they a token of happiness, good health and prosperity.

Unfortunately, it seems Lee Smith aka “Prosperity Lee” on the forums, scammer supreme, king of the hyip and criminals invokes the above symbols for “evil”. You might be asking yourself, admins can be scammers, admins can be thieves, and admins can be liars, but to be designated as “pure evil” is a status never before achieved by a scammer in this arena. Lee and his cohorts and alter identities have not only scammed innocent people, lied to save face, but now this person is taunting people he scammed, flaming his former supporters on and Code4Gold, twisting the truth, maligning honest people and just presenting a truly dispicable and utterly disgusting presence that would have the most learned psychologist wondering about this pathalogical misanthropic .

Lee’s latest round of email propaganda shows the signs of a tortured mind desperately seeking to gnash it’s yellow teeth and bear it’s fiendish claws to bit and rip at the very flesh of his victims. Here’s his email today to DynamiteHyip members, a game program he runs under the guise of his imaginary “cousin” Steve.

Steve is still in the process of moving & does not have access to a computer at the time!! I do NOT have access to his contact request, so you will have to wait for him to do this!! I just finally got access to his admin panel from his programmer, cause Steve has all his login info packed up. So, thought I would send this out for him

It is shameful the way some members are behaving. Some have drug his name through the mud & mine & LaDoras also. We know who these members are & they will be dealt with when Steve is moved. LaDora & myself will be helping Steve when he gets moved.

Thanks to those that have not behaved in this disgraceful manner. You will reap the rewards!

Thanks.
Lee Smith

What is truly shameful is any email emerging from this program at all, considering we were all told Steve (aka Lee) was in the hospital with a heart condition. Now he is moving and “we will be dealt with” when the imaginary Steve returns. All these excuses, hospital, dead ex-husbands, now moving have really gone too far with the playing mind games Lee is doing with people who trusted him with their . If Lee is not Steve and there really is a Steve, why then did not Steve send an email about his impending move. Too many coincedences here to be believable anymore.

Then we received this email from Lee regarding his scam autosurf program Surf2Prosperity regarding payouts.

This is a payout list mainly listed for the ones that scream SCAM & say NO payouts are being made, I doubt they will find themselves on this list. This is a payout list from November 1st till November 9th: Egold payout … (edited list of payouts)….

Here is factual evidence that Lee is clearly stating his intentions to steal people’s money who he has had disagreements with on the forums regarding his lack of paying status with this program. We joined back in May and as with many in a similar predicament, we never received one single payment ever from Lee although he promised and swore up and down that he would make all payouts and his new hyip game Just Say money would help him get back on track with his imaginary Forex trading and catch up on payment. Again, it never happened.

In the meantime, Lee seems to think that his childish rants on Code4Gold forums (link here) and on MoneyMakerGroup, his persistent attacks, and his using multiple identites to pad his own posts has gone unnoticed. Think again Lee.

Game over Lee. Time to take a bow and close up shop and move on.

Once more, here is a list of programs operated by this scammer…
