Massive DDOS attacks have crippled payment processor E-Gold’s servers starting around 3:00pm EST August 18, 2006. E-Gold’s servers are inside Prolexic’s network (www.prolexic.com) and generally an internal migration to fend off the DDOS attackers takes anywhere from 6-24 hours. Despite all the rumours circulating the various message forums, E-Gold’s servers should be functioning once again shortly. E- Gold is the primary payment processor for the autosurf and Hyip community.

E-Gold’s sister site Omnipay (www.omnipay.com) which is an in and out-exchanger for E-Gold has not been affected by the DDOS attack which is primarily aimed at E-Gold’s servers alone. This type of direct DDOS attack, although the most crippling is the easiest to fight. Have patience and spend the next few hours doing something useful other than trying to load your E-Gold account, because your ip address may get filtered as part of the DDOS attack.

I decided to make this reply a new blog post instead of letting it hide on the comments page for a blog post that is almost 2 weeks old already. Boy, that Dave is seriously behind on everything… Here’s my reply to Mr. Cannard…

First off, Mr. Cannard, you took over 23 days to pay my first cycle. I’m sorry, but you were well beyond the TOS and well beyond a reasonable period of time.

Second, you could not find the time to respond to support emails, but you can find the time to post here on my blog for an issue that has already been resolved if you go look at TalkGold Forums.

Third, in no way did I sabotage your program, I dealt with your program as I would with any non paying program, if you had noticed I cited “The Money Road” in the same post as 12By12Daily. I DO NOT care about your reputation, or previous history, etc, etc, all the things you seem to fall back on, all I take into account is the current status of any program, so there is/was no vendetta against you in particular. You are not special.

Fourth, I have not been around hyips and surfs for 3 years, so your conspiracy theory about me having a grudge with you for some unrelated issue three years ago is laughable. And as far as my motives in hyips and surfs, it’s obvious, my motive is to make money, just like everyone else. The first time I ever heard of DadnDaves was back in January, right before 12DP and Stormpay issues happened, so please don’t confuse me with somebody you ripped off three years ago come back to get you.

And lastly, I’m through with your pathetic surf programs, I’d already stated, you can take my two $6 upgrades I had to put in to get my first payout and stick them where the sun doesn’t shine.

Hyip program MechCash has announced it has closed to due hackers and script problems. The admin is offering refunds for members.

Following up on our earlier blog entries regarding the severe lunacy of “Bob”, admin of 15HitsDaily, it appears “Bob” did not read the E-Gold TOS that clearly states “all spends are final”, and securing your E-Gold account is entirely up to the account holder. Considering that Bob opened the cashout window on August 8th and conveniently his site was hacked that very same day, and the ensuing emails sent out stating he had caught the hacker and reported him to the FBI, we just have to wonder why this notice adorns the front page of 15HitsDaily with admin Bob accusing E-Gold of being thieves and hacker. No Bobbie, it has nothing to do with your ineptness as an admin, and it makes me wonder why these TOS waving autosurf admins have such a hard time with E-Gold’s TOS?

Well, last time we posted about admin Bobbie here, we were deluged with comments from different supporters of his autosurf, and the strangest thing, they were all from the same ip address using different email addresses. If you havent noticed 15HitsDaily is being promoted heavily at ASA (AutoSurfAuthority) and for some strange reason, there are people posting in praise of this program yet on all the other moneymaker forums, this site has the popularity of a leper. Strange things are going on here, I just hope admin Bob decides to pay out or maybe he will find himself being reported to the authorities.

It looks like the Hyip program UK-Reinvest (http://uk-reinvest.com) is under some sort of DDOS attack, or they are just a bunch of scammers who have run away with everyone’s investments. There are several reports on the moneymaker forums of the auto-withdraw not working prior to this downtime. I tried to withdraw last night and it wasn’t working for me.
