comment The Importance of Being Earnest

The and community is plagued with chronic and serial scammers who apparently have nothing better to do than steal your hard earned money. Public message forums are one way people communicate with others and share information regarding the status of programs and the state of affairs on a daily basis. Many of you are familiar with the two most popular message forums, and , however many of you are not aware of the facts surrounding the harbouring of scammers in the safe haven for scammers known as MMG (MoneyMakerGroup). Over the last half year, it has become more than apparent that MMG is fostering a scammer community. My personal experience with scammers known as “Trusted MMG Members” has soured my opinion of the afformentioned forum and it’s moderators who seek to silence anybody from using the “s” word in their public meeting place. More often than not, new hyip’s and autosurfs are launched, and I receive spam email from the admins with ref links into their programs. As I begin my due diligence on these programs in effort to add them to my monitor, I’ve noticed, many of the serial scammers avoid TalkGold forums while exploiting MMG members without a word of warning from senior MMG members or from MMG’s moderators. The same programs are greeted with resistence on TalkGold from TG senior members and moderators alike. I have personally experienced MMG’s mods wrath and was banned from their forums for following a “Trusted MMG Member” who goes by the handle DoubleProfitMachine, and making sure to point ou this old, failed, scam programs every time he launched a new one. Evidently, DPM has a contact with a few of MMG’s worst moderators and I was blacklisted from their forum for speaking the truth and giving people advance warning. Code4Gold.com Monitor has always listed links to TalkGold, MoneyMakerGroup and Code4Gold forums so people using the monitor can easily find the threads for a program they are interested in. However, in light of recent events, we have decided to pull all links to MMG forums from out program listings and replace them with links to GlobalGoldTalk instead. GGT is a new emerging forum where members are encouraged to police their own community much as the same with code4Gold forums. The decision is still up to individuals as to where they will turn to for reliable information, but as far as we are concerned, MMG is on out blacklist.

And to quote Oscar Wilde, that is “The Importance of Being Earnest”.

comment The Difference Between Hyip Games and Hyip Programs

One of the most common question I receive about the Code4Gold Monitor and the Code4Gold Forums is “What is the difference between a Hyip Game and a Hyip Program”. Well, this entry will attempt to answer that question.

Games are generally high ROI (Return on Investment) investments that promise anywhere from 10% to 600% daily interest payment. Usually these program don’t last very long, and in most cases “The early bird catches the worm”. A negative side effect of these type of programs is the admins tend to ditch the program and run off with whatever funds they can only to turn up again a few days later running another one of these type of programs. More often than not, these “Game” programs turn out to be nothing but a scam disguised as a potential opportunity and investors are left with little or nothing to show for their investment. I personally recommend staying away from any programs offering to double your money or more in a short period of time because usually you will be out all of your money.

Programs are longer term, slow grow investment opportunities that usually deliver anywhere from .9% to 4% daily and have a longer term of service, anywhere from 10 to 365 days, with some offering compounding, some offering daily interest withdrawls and some offering full return of your principal after the term expires. By no means does that imply these low interest bearing programs are not scams in disguise. Take Sorcex for example, they offered a variable interest rate compounded over the term with no daily withdrawl. They claimed to be involved in Sports Arbitrage, however when the first wave of plans hit their maturity date, Sorcex disappeared under the veil of attack. For my money, I prefer the programs that pay the daily interest or allow compounding at the investors discrestion.

As far as Programs are concerned. Here are several recommended programs that have been paying us consistently.

Pontailer - Offers 4% Daily for 30 Days with 5% referral commission.

Investdot - Offers 2% Daily for 180 Days wuth 5% referral commission.

Ralf Finance - Offers 14% Total in 7 Days with 5% referral commission.

Wealth2u - Offers 2% Daily for 100 Days with 5% referral referral commission.

ReedBerry - Offers 15% Total in 7 Days with 3% referral commission.

Here are some keywords from this article defined for people who might be confused as to the meaning of them.

Principal - This is your initial investment/deposit to a program.

Compounding - compounding is when you make and investment, and the interest you earn is added to your principal and the next interest payment is calculated based on the new principal amount not your initial deposit.<

DDOS Attack - Is a Distributed Denial of Service attack, used by Blackmailers to stop all access to a programs website by launching a massive attack on the webserver.

comment E-Gold Hacking Prevention Tips from E-Gold

Filed under: Tips and Secrets — C4G @ 8:13 pm

I received a message from some spammer yesterday asking me if I wanted to buy some E-Gold hacking tools. I reported this to and they responded with a very informative email on protecting your e-gold account from hackers. I thought I’d share it with all you and enthusiasts.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We have investigated acct #3191270 and have placed a block on their account which will prevent them from receiving any further spends into their account.

There is no such thing a e-gold hacking software. It is a scam in which they will send you a Trojan virus that will capture your passphrase and then they will in turn steal your e-gold without providing you any software.

There are three security recommendations we would like to make to you in case you are not currently doing them.

1. You may want to consider book marking the e-gold IP address versus the URL as your e-gold bookmark and only access it via your bookmark. The IP to bookmark is https://209.200.169.10. The reason for doing this is there are viruses such as this one: http://us.mcafee.com/virusInfo/default.asp?id=description&virus_k=99469 that plant fake entries in the host file which windows then uses instead of the correct IP address for the site. Using the e-gold IP address versus the URL will bypass this type of Trojan. Also, never access your e-gold account via an email message even if the message appears to come from e-gold.

2. Always use the SRK feature to access your e-gold account never type it in! You should first change your passphrase using the SRK feature. If your passphrase is changed using the “SRK” feature and the account is only accessed using the “SRK” feature, then your passphrase will be protected even if there is a Trojan virus on your computer. However, this is true only if you are at the correct e-gold site. To ensure you are always at the e-gold site, you may want to click the box next to your account number on the login page that says, “Store my account number on my computer”. In the future when you attempt to log into your account and if the account number is not displayed, you should be wary of entering your passphrase because you may be at a fake e-gold site. a. Log into your account using your current passphrase. b. Click on the button that says, “account info” c. Scroll down to passphrase box and click in the box. d. Click on the button that says SRK e. A small window will pop up on your screen f. Enter your new passphrase by clicking on the numbers, letters or symbols in the pop-up window. You will see *** being added to the passphrase box as you use your mouse to click on the numbers, letters or symbols. *See note g. When ready to confirm your passphrase click on the arrow on the bottom right hand corner of the pop-up window. h. Confirm new passphrase using the same procedure you followed in item #f. i. Click update passphrase. *Note: For upper case letter click on the upper case “ABC”, for lower case letters click on the lower case “abc”, for numbers click on the “123″, for symbols click on the “sym”

3. If you are making a spend via the e-gold shopping cart interface (SCI) always confirm you at the actual e-gold site. To verify you are at the actual e-gold site when using the SCI spend page, double click on the gold security lock and verify that the certificate was issued to www.e-gold.com and that the certificate was issued by verisign and is valid from 11/22/2004 - 12/1/2006. You can also review the certificate details and make sure the certificate serial number is: 58:7C:C8:8D:BA:AB:DF:C3:FD:81:BB:2E:5B:93:69:31. SHA1 Fingerprint: F8:4F:52:2C:E9:58:A4:43:5A:37:89:34:6D:77:2D:70:09:6C:6A:82 (also known as Thumbprint for Internet Explorer Users) MD5 Fingerprint: 5D:AC:00:B8:11:D4:06:22:5B:CC:83:EE:7D:1E:7C

comment On the Horizon - Hottest Autosurfs : 5/15/2006

With the impending demise of both and looming on the horizon, many autosurfers are asking themselves where to turn for a rock solid surfing experience. It should be fairly obvious by now that Compact Surfing (www.compactsurfing.com) has taken the number one spot as best all around of 2006, with Total Rune (www.totalrune.com)coming in a close second. Both surfs have proven their stability over the last few months, and it is apparent they will last for quite some time, but many surfers still like to diversify their portfolio of surf programs, and find it essential to have a few backup surf programs to work with.
Our hottest picks as new and emerging surfs are as follows…

14DailyGold - Admin Jason and his team have done a wonderful job of handling their recent growth in a extremely professional manner.

12DailyProForever - A sleeper hit, this surf is proving itself again and again to be a solid, smooth surf that is paying and growing.

13DailyPro - Another sleeper hit that is gaining ground every day. Consistently paying quickly, and admins are very responsive to requests.

Well, there you have our hottest picks for the upcoming months. Just remember, when playing never play with money that you can’t afford to lose.
